1. I will be present and remain seated in the guest area during sessions and avoid unnecessary movements that may disrupt the class. I will enter or exit only at appropriate times (i.e. breaks, or during small group discussions by Participants).
2. I will refrain from entering the Staff and Logistics area without authorization.
3. I will be respectful, and refrain from side conversations, phone usage, or taking calls in class. I will keep my voice low especially when having conversations outside the classroom.
4. I understand that meals and refreshments are prepared for Participants, and agree to not eat food prepared for them unless otherwise invited by the organizers. I will be responsible for my own meals.
5. I will communicate any issues constructively via memo, with solutions where possible.
6. I will not eat, drink, or smoke in the classroom.
7. I will direct all logistical or administrative questions to the organizers or Guest Assistant.
8. I will not direct questions or comments to the Instructor unless invited.
9. I will support the logistics staff by allowing them to do their jobs without interruptions, questions, or suggestions. I will communicate suggestions via memo.
10. I will leave the Participants undisturbed when they are in process. I will not add to or take away from their experience.
11. I will not participate in any exercises, games, or discussions unless invited by the Instructor or Organizer.
12. I will not take or use any classroom materials unless authorized by the Logistics Supervisor.
13. I will not take photos, videos, or audio recordings at any time in class during the program.
14. I will respect the Instructors’ space during breaks, allowing them to rest and prepare to be fully present for the next session.
15. I will uphold the integrity of Money & You® by not duplicating, adapting, or using any program materials, games, or processes for personal or professional use.
- I understand that the organizer, Globe Success Learning Sdn Bhd, may record (audio and/or video) parts of the Money & You® Program.
- I consent to the use of my name, voice, likeness, image, words, and participation in such recordings, in whole or in part, for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes, including future materials and communications.
- I understand that the organizer is not obligated to use any part of my participation and may edit, reproduce, or distribute such recordings at its discretion.
- I acknowledge that all rights to such recordings and materials belong solely to the organizer, and I waive any claim to compensation.
- I understand that if I do not wish to be recorded or photographed, I will inform the organizer in advance or at the time of participation.
1 . My objective in joining the Money & You®Program is solely for personal development and learning. I agree not to do any form of recordings during the Program and will not duplicate/circulate any related materials from the Program or games played in Money & You®.
2 . I acknowledge that the Excellerated Programs is owned by Dame Doria (DC) Cordova / Global 888 Enterprises, Inc. and that the only authorized promoters are:
- Globe Success Learning Sdn Bhd (English) in Malaysia with associates in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia
- 90Degrees Global (English) in Australia and New Zealand
- Doers Group (Chinese) in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China
- inc (Japanese) in Japan
3 . I agree not to replicate, adapt, or use any Money & You® games, methodologies, or materials for personal, commercial, or professional purposes, including within my own training programs, presentations, or workshops.
4 . I understand that any breach of this agreement may result in legal action to protect the intellectual property and integrity of the Money & You® Program.
